Graphic Designer and Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

You will be supporting the drafting of project proposals and produce communication products for GOPA AFC:

• Oversee the project proposal process from the beginning to ensure a visually appealing proposal

• Translate texts into appealing graphics and design text and figures for visual storytelling

• Produce well-designed layouts to guide readers through complex and heavy content

• Create infographics to present and summarize data, including creative data visualizations such as illustrations, maps, graphs, and diagrams

• Design and produce high-quality visual materials such as brochures, infographics, and reports

• Liaise with project teams to receive work orders

• Organize tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines

Additional Tasks (if applicable):

• Produce short videos, social media reels, and GIFs

• Edit pictures using Photoshop or similar software

Qualifications:

• Higher education in relevant field
• Proficient in InDesign and/ or Adobe Illustrator (or similar vector graphic design software)
• Exceptional design skills
• Work experience in the field of visibility and communication
• Excellent proficiency in English

• Great attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Strategic thinking and working

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on international development projects

• Proficient in Photoshop (or similar software)

• Experience in video production and photography

Conditions:

• 5/2 working schedule
• All office equipment is provided
• Good corporate culture

Start / Duration: Yearly contract with the option to extend. Start as soon as possible.
