Global Development Manager (Sales Manager)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Development Manager located in Bishkek. The Global Development Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships with international businesses, and providing market feedback to the team. The Global Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall sales process and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients through research and cold calling

Highly organized and proactive employee

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field

Strong command of English, Russian, and Kyrgyz; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
Roles and responsibilities

Proactively acquire new clients through research and cold calling

Promoting and consulting potential candidates, foreign and local businesses, for HTP resident status

Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates so to drive clients to successful HTP status

Identifying opportunities or changes in the market that require engagement

Representing HTP at international conferences and other events

Taking part in the organization of business events, business trips and presentations
