Support Manager
We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Live Chat). We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Requirements:

Proficiently in Italian- C1 minimum (native speaker or certified proficiency through credentials or education);

Basic experience in iGaming as a Retention, VIP, Support, or Project Manager.
Responsibilities:

Support service teams in assisting players in the Italian market;

Proofread and localize the website’s Italian content;

Conduct market analysis.
Working conditions:

remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesn't matter where you're working from, only the result is important;
