Technical Office assistant
Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling: Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and milestones are met.
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze project data, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular reports, documentation, and presentations on project progress, highlighting key metrics, risks, and schedule changes.
Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation across project teams, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized and any shortages or -
overallocations are addressed.
Coordination & Communication: Facilitate effective communication between planning, project management, and other departments, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Process Improvement: Assist in refining planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and predictability in project delivery. - Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field; additional training in project planning is an advantage.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a project planning or technical assistant role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret project metrics and trends accurately.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and keep track of project timelines and deliverables.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Familiarity with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a project-oriented environment. -
