Head of User Operations
1 Plan and execute user growth strategies to increase user numbers and activities;
2 Develop and implement measures to improve user retention and activity, collect and analyze user feedback, and analyze user data to improve user experience and service quality;
3 Responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with partners, carrying out joint marketing activities, and providing more benefits and benefits to members;
4 responsible for the management and operation of the owner's club community, including online community (such as Telegram community, Facebook community, etc.) and offline community (such as car friends gathering), maintain the community atmosphere and promote communication and interaction between members;
5 Responsible for the development of user activity planning plan, including the goal, theme, time, place, content, etc., and ensure that the planning plan in line with the company's brand image and positioning;
3.5 Research the market trends of ecological products, competitors and customer needs, formulate sales strategies, promote the advantages and environmental value of ecological products, and provide personalized services.
Requirements.
Education:
First, Trade, business administration, business or automotive professions are preferred.
Second, 1-3 years of relevant work experience, car 4S shop operation and management work experience can be appreciated and prioritized.
Skills: 1, familiar with the Uz automotive market and dealer network. 2, understand the development of the Uz automobile market trend. 3, proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word) 4, good English, Russian/Uzbek literacy, if you have Chinese experience can be appreciated.
Fourth, other requirements: 1, excellent communication ability and coordination ability, can effectively handle dealer related matters. 2, understand the basic knowledge of international trade and Uz automotive industry policy, can quickly adapt to changing regulations and requirements. 3, meticulous and have good organizational ability, can effectively complete cross-departmental collaborative work. 4, with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, to maintain efficient work under pressure. 6, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment, and play a role in teamwork
