Head of User Operations
1. Answer customer calls, provide consulting services and answer questions.
2, Record customer information, input CRM system, follow up customer requests.
3. Assist in solving customer complaints and transfer them to relevant departments or personnel.
4. Maintain good customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Participate in call center quality monitoring and improvement measures.
6. Regularly participate in training to improve personal professional skills.
1. Education: college or above, marketing, public relations or related major.
2. Experience: at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: excellent customer service skills, communication skills and team spirit.
5. Knowledge: Understand the basic concepts of customer service process and customer relationship management.
6. Computer skills: skilled in computer and telephone system, able to use basic office software.
