We are currently looking to strengthen our awesome team and are searching for a Business Development Manager / Head of Product who will actively drive the development of our product in the LATAM market.

What’s important:

  • A strong focus on increasing company profits
  • Experience working with external teams and contractors
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, monitor execution, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing product metrics
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience in working with influencers
  • Experience with traffic management
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in crypto, web3, or blockchain projects
  • A solid understanding of the OTC / DeFi / Crypto / Web3 markets is essential
  • English language - Upper Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Launching the product in the new LATAM market and localizing it
  • Monitoring metrics, understanding them, drawing conclusions, and improving the product by identifying and addressing issues
  • Developing a roadmap for the digital product’s growth
  • Formulating hypotheses, testing them, and making decisions based on analytics and customer research
  • Training and advising team members on product-related matters (sales department, technical support, marketing, and other departments)
  • Assisting operational departments in making decisions and maintaining high product quality
  • Regularly monitoring and analyzing the market (competitors, clients)
  • Leading projects from concept to launch in collaboration with other company departments, coordinating all process participants
