Lead Generation Specialist (preferably the one who has work expierence in US trucking industry)
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation Strategy
• Conduct market research to identify target clients in the trucking and logistics industry;
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine lead-generation strategies. -
Lead Sourcing
• Source potential clients from paid/free databases, directories, and consulting firms;
• Collaborate with outsourced teams (dispatch, ELD, safety, recruiting) to identify leads;
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and creative methods to expand the lead pipeline. -
Data Management
• Track leads, monitor conversion rates, and report on key performance metrics;
• Identify and address process gaps to improve lead-generation efficiency.
- Experience: 1–3 years in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in trucking.
- Key Skills and Abilities:
• Expertise in market research and identifying target audiences;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with leads and teams;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing lead data;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and outsourcing teams;
• Creative problem-solving skills to find new lead sources and resolve challenges.
- Salary: Fixed + Bonus. The fixed salary is $500 (please note, the fixed salary will not be disclosed upfront; the full details will be discussed during the interview).
- Schedule: Work according to American time EST (19:00-03:00 Tashkent time) & 5/2.
- Education: No specific educational requirements.
- Social Package: Currently under development.
- Probation Period: 2-3 months.
