Hire employees and register employees to relevant government office
Manage termination process (resignation, retirement, lay-off, firing, mutual agreement etc.)
Manage the delivery of L&D programs including Employee
On-boarding and Off-boarding
Proceed practical work related to evaluation/incentive
Lead employee's goal setting process and help them make proper performance indicator/index
Manage attendance & delivery of payroll/benefits/promotion & rewards process - Support setting HR system (HR data, evaluation, tax, social insurance, etc.)
Collect and administer HR data / documents within legal requirements (using the HR system)
Support settlement of labor disputes, the grievance procedures, and health & safety issues
