About the Role:
As an Affiliate Partnership Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing key partnerships with torrent tracker and affiliate partners. In this sales-oriented role, you'll be responsible for "hunting" new opportunities—establishing and scaling partnerships that increase revenue and grow our affiliate base. This includes both initial outreach and ongoing relationship management, with a focus on driving consistent growth.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- New Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to identify and onboard new partners, specifically in the torrent tracker and affiliate spaces.
- Affiliate & Partner Scaling: Grow affiliate relationships from small-scale to large-scale contributors, focusing on traffic generation and maximizing revenue.
- Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners, ensuring a strong ongoing collaboration that meets shared goals.
- Revenue Growth: Generate a minimum of $50,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within the first 12 months by securing new partnerships.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in Affiliate Partnership Management: 1+ years in a partnership or affiliate-focused role, with a strong record of growing partnerships and revenue.
- Experience in Sales: Ability to strategically target new partners, initiate contact, and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Building & Management: Proven skills in maintaining long-term, productive partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to assess trends and performance, helping guide decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
- Strategic and Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ways to engage and grow partnerships.
- Proactiveness and Persistence: Drive to take ownership of targets and follow through on commitments.
Nice-to-Have competencies:
- Torrenting Space Experience: Knowledge of torrenting or related digital sectors will be an advantage.
