Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Retention Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting hot clients, driving upsales in the fields of marketing, business analytics, shares, and the broader financial sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact hot clients and nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information on our marketing, business analytics, and financial products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to continuously improve sales and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business analytics teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fields of marketing, business analytics, and finance.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in ENGLISH.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $1,200 to $2,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses (as a good sales company we want employees to understand that bonus can be and should be more then fixed salary).
  • Opportunities for career advancement.
  • 3-5 day training and help during first months from our supervises

Work Schedule:

  • Standard work week (mon-fri) from 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM. NOT REMOTELY!
