The Visa Services company is located in Dubai, UAE. As we are expanding, we are hiring remote Case Managers. The Visa Case Manager is responsible for efficiently processing client applications, ensuring accurate documentation, providing detailed consultations, and resolving client complaints. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and consulates.

Responsibilities:

-Process client applications promptly, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.

-Conduct initial document checks and verifications, offering comprehensive consultations on the visa process.

-Provide detailed assessments of client applications, offering expert guidance and advice.

Identify and resolve client complaints or documentation issues in a professional and timely manner.

-Handle visa requests, including creating online application profiles and coordinating with relevant departments.

-Complete all necessary applications and upload documents on consulate websites or designated platforms.

-Assist clients in booking appointments for document submission through consulate websites.

-Maintain accurate records of client data and documents.

-Respond to client queries via email, phone, or in-person interactions.

-Handle client complaints effectively and escalate issues to management when necessary.

-Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications.

-Offer consultations to clients on interview processes or document submission procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of visa processing procedures and related documentation requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications and online platforms for visa processing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Customer Service / Immigration Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English).
  • Knowledge about the Schengen visa, Work Visa and Residence
  • Permit Applications, to Canada, the USA and European Countries or UAE residence visas.
