We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales&Marketing Assistant to join the team at SPA Hotel Jägala Juga. Job Details:

· Position: Part-time (20 hours/week);

· Location: Remote;

Key Qualifications:

· Proven sales experience;

· Proficiency in English (B2 or higher, clear communication without a strong accent) and Russian;

· Knowledge of Estonian (preferred but not required);

· Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel;

· Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn;

· Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset—able to understand guest needs and recommend valuable products;

· Experience using IP telephony.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct cold calls to potential clients;

· Maintain relationships with regular customers through follow-up calls;

· Engage with past guests, inviting them to visit us again;

· Handle marketing-related tasks to support sales initiatives;

· Participate in weekly calls and provide updates.
