Job Details:

- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian;
- Knowledge of Estonian (preferred but not mandatory);
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel;
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest communication, including responding to inquiries and ensuring all details are accurately clarified;
- Conduct calls to provide information on services and upsell additional offerings (e.g., massage services);
- Manage calendars across platforms like Google, Teams, and Outlook for bookings, payments, and scheduling steam masters;
- Participate in weekly calls to review progress and coordinate efforts.
