What you’ll do:

Process user inquiries

Compile regular reports on received inquiries

Maintain up-to-date FAQ articles

Interact with the outsourcing team (consultations)

Collaborate with the product team

Identify patterns in user inquiries
What you need to succeed:

Proficiency in written Spanish at an appropriate level (not lower than B2)

Knowledge of English at a level that allows to provide high-quality support to users

Attentive, able to learn quickly, punctual, and diligent

Demonstrate the ability to express thoughts clearly and coherently

Extensive gaming experience
