Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Manager (Turkish-speaking) to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch customer support.
Requirements:

Must Have : Advance level of Turkish language (knowledge of Russian or English lanquages (B2).

Technical equipment: laptop or PC, headphones, stabile WIFI.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chats.

Provide clear and helpful consultations on platform functionality, technical issues, financial processes, and more.

Engage with clients who may reach out without specific questions, addressing concerns, dissatisfaction, or simply maintaining communication.
