Junior Compliance Specialist

If you are looking to kickstart your career in compliance, we are searching for motivated Junior Compliance Specialists to join our portfolio company.
We are offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of fintech and cryptocurrency. You will receive the training and support needed to excel in compliance, with guidance from experienced professionals.
This trainee position is paid and could lead to a full-time role after 3 months, based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user requests received by the helpdesk on compliance topics.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks.
- Research and analyze various data sources to support compliance activities.
- Analyze customer activity to identify and prevent suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, risk management, or a related field (high diploma scores prioritized).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in gaining knowledge and experience in the crypto and fintech industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Self-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Russian.
- English at B2 level or higher is required.
We seek candidates who can work on a 5/2 schedule from 8am to 5pm or from 9am to 6pm (UTC+3).
