FP&A Specialist

We are looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our portfolio company.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and integrate data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to prepare budgets and reports (information gathering, digitization, verification, analysis).
• Model financial data for budgeting and analytics processes.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of our financial reporting system.
• Perform data collection and calculations for monthly variance analysis.
• Contribute to the development, improvement and automation of business processes within the FP&A department.
• Carry out additional tasks related to planning, budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in finance or law.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic thinking.
• Practical skills in creating financial models and reports using Excel and Google Sheets; experience with accounting systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
