Legal adviser

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Adviser to join our dynamic Moscow division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's legal and business operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including intellectual property, contract law, and international business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across various areas, including:

  • Intellectual Property (IP) registration, licensing, and software-related legal issues.

  • Contractual law, with a focus on supply of goods, services, and IT contracts.

  • Foreign economic activity law.

  • Development, legal expertise, and support of international contracts.

• Coordinate the work of external legal consultants and service providers in foreign jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• Master or equivalent law degree.

• Excellent written and spoken English, including legal terminology (B2 level or higher).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a legal role.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and FineReader.

• Proven ability to analyze and structure complex information effectively.
