REAL ESTATE AGENT (UAE/Dubai) - OFF-PLAN
Dubai, UAE - As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing daily leads and generating sales for the company, while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service to the UAE, USA, Europe, CIS, and other markets.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Show various properties to prospective buyers in order to showcase options and help them find the right property

Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations

Processing incoming, incoming/outcoming calls from potential clients

Evaluate the client’s desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions

Maintaining sales targets set by the Sales Director
Key Requirements

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

Proven track of successful sales record

Good English and Russian communication command

Should be based in Dubai/UAE or willing to relocate

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
