Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Tashkent. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and supporting our mission to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Support employee relations and resolve any HR-related issues or conflicts.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of training and development programs.
• Prepare and manage HR reports for management.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (experience with local HR systems is a plus).
• Fluent in English and Uzbek (Russian is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with labor law and compliance.
• Previous work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
