Responsibilities:

• Declaration of cargo, processing of cargo at terminals, registration of contracts, online submission of applications for certification, inspection, organization of cargo transportation
• - Organisation and control of the execution of imports from Europe, Asia, North and South America;
• - Identification of HS codes for garment, shoes, accessories and household goods;
• - Selection of certification documents (declarations of conformity, certificates of conformity, state registration certificates), verification and validation of the layouts of certification documents;
• - Detailed checking of shipping documents for conformity to Customs regulations;
  - Preparation of documents required for the import of goods into the territory of the Russian Federation;
  - Coordination with Customs agents, Transit warehouse, Logistic and Certification department;
  - Solving all issues at each stage of product delivery;
  - Workflow optimisation.

• good english speaking ability
• bachelor degree or above
• 3+ year of experience of customs clearance
