WGG Advertising Agency is looking for a Manager of the call-center. Constant flow of warm leads. We will teach you how to effectively communicate with customers and immerse you in the world of online advertising!!

The tasks that you will solve:
- Calls to a ready-made (warm) English-speaking and Arabic-speaking lead database in order to identify satisfaction from communication with the sales department;
- Working at amoCRM;
- Work according to the regulations and scripts for calls.
What is important to us:

Native speaker of the Arabic language (C2);

Knowledge of English (B2);
- Work experience in the call center;
- Communication skills and competent oral speech;
- Positive attitude to monotonous tasks and quick adaptation to new ones;
- Willingness to phone communication (around 200 calls a day).
What is important us in term of your working place:
- Having a computer with Windows 10 or macOS operating system;
- Having reliable Internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mbit/s;
- Having a high-quality headset.
- A quiet workplace.

- Basic salary up to 100 000 Rub;
- Five working days, from 10:00 till 19:00 (Moscow time);
