Senior 1C Developer

As our Senior 1C Developer, you will:
- System Support and Optimization: Maintain and optimize various 1C configurations (Accounting, Payroll, ERP) to ensure smooth operations.
- Feature Development: Develop new functionality and enhance existing features for 1C configurations across Central Asia and the Caucasus.
- Code Analysis and Refactoring: Analyze and refactor code to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to identify automation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Documentation: Create technical instructions and documentation to support system maintenance and user training.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Hold a higher or specialized secondary education in Programming, IT, or Information Security.
- Have experience working with 1C configurations such as "Accounting for Kazakhstan 3.0," "Payroll and Personnel Management 3.1," and ERP systems.
- Can write and interpret complex multi-level queries and understand virtual tables.
- Follow development standards and apply design patterns effectively.
- Possess the ability to design application or process architecture within 1C configurations.
- Have experience conducting code reviews and integrating services with external systems.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and have experience managing development teams.
- At least intermediate English.
