FP&A Analyst, Finance Department

As our FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Financial Reporting Management: Manage monthly financial reporting by transforming and reconciling data between statutory and management accounting systems, and tracking IFRS adjustments.
- IFRS Statement Compilation: Prepare IFRS financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Global Reporting Support: Gather and prepare data for monthly global statistical reports.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and perform assessments to support decision-making processes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.
- Management Reporting: Prepare additional management reports, analytics, and complete ad-hoc tasks upon request.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Bring 4+ years of experience in accounting, including IFRS and management reporting.
- Have thorough knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and experience with financial statement preparation.
- Possess working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., 1C), with exposure to SAP, Tableau, or PowerBI as a plus.
- Are pursuing or hold a professional qualification (ACCA, DipIFR is a plus).
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Have an upper-intermediate level of English.
