Senior UI/UX Designer (New Project)

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed the important milestone of 110 million players.

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our new project. We're always open to suggestions and improvements, and we never rest on our laurels when it comes to our UI—we're constantly on the lookout for exciting new solutions.

You'll help our team develop a vision for new features, improve existing interfaces, find new ways to enhance user experience, and create a satisfying, frictionless experience so our users can truly immerse themselves in our game!

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and implementing attractive UI screens and elements, ensuring alignment with player feedback
• Developing and optimizing UX flow in conjunction with the game design specifications
• Iterating on and finalizing UI assets to prepare them for implementation
• Following and maintaining the visual style, ensuring a high level of consistency across interfaces
• Improving the product in accordance with market demands and trends
• Conducting UI/UX analysis of competitor games

What we need from you:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, 2+ years working on mobile game projects

Hard Skills:

• Experience creating midcore mobile interfaces
• (must have a portfolio)
• Extensive experience in developing UI/UX in Figma
• Confident knowledge of the basics of UX flow and the ability to build UX flow
• Strong ability to structure information and establish a clear visual hierarchy
• Ability to conceptualize UI, offer different options, and argue for solutions
• Understanding of the basics of 2D drawing and the ability to work with vectors in Figma and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of interface workflow in Unity
• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, understanding of usability principles, application in practice
• Basic knowledge of typography, color science, composition, infographics, grid system
• Creativity and artistic sense
• Understanding of demands and trends in the casual mobile game market

• Ability to work autonomously and explain the importance of any proposed changes to the team
• Ability to effectively work on a team, collaborate, take feedback and implement it
• Ability to prioritize feedback in terms of relevance/impact for the project
• High standards for the quality of your work, sense of responsibility
• Ability to propose solutions within the framework of your areas of responsibility
• Ability to take the initiative in the interests of the project and get the job done

What we'd like:

• Ability to draw 2D art
• Confident interface layout skills in Unity as well as knowledge of layout techniques and resource optimization
• Background as a Game Artist, Graphic Designer, or Marketing Artist
