Senior Game Designer (RnD)
We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players.
Our RnD team is looking for an active and self-motivated Senior Game Designer with extensive experience in puzzle and hybrid-casual games. In the RnD department, we create new projects using a data-driven approach. Our strength is fast-paced development and quick decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Take part in designing and planning the development of a project
- Create and supervise the GDD
- Calculate balances, analyze metrics
- Scale products, soft/global launch
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience as a game designer
- Experience working on and launching projects
- Good knowledge of the game market as well as gaming experience
- Creation and management of game documentation: concept documents, GDDs, balance charts
- Ability to work with analytics, understanding of product metrics
- Ability to set goals and focus on results
- Interpersonal skills

The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task and a technical interview with the CPO.
