We're looking for a Senior Level Designer to join our RnD department, which is responsible for hypothesis testing. If you have plenty of gaming experience in puzzle mechanics and want to create a new hit, then you're in the right place!

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects from the very beginning, up until their first technical launches. And cross-project exchange and experienced colleagues in the RnD department will ensure a favorable atmosphere for your professional development.

We prefer working without tight deadlines, opting instead for clear planning and the ability to influence our results. Working closely with our fellow specialists allows us to arrive at the best solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting the overarching difficulty curve
  • Writing the documentation for levels as well as configuring and thoroughly playing through them
  • Collaborating with project specialists (GD, Dev)

What we need from you:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a level designer for multiple puzzle projects
  • Experience working with various level editors
  • Experience setting the balance and difficulty curve in games and a grasp of the order of mechanic implementation
  • Experience playing games with puzzle mechanics
  • Intermediate English or higher

The recruitment process will consist of two phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task, and a technical interview with the Lead Level Designer.
