Product Designer

Pushwoosh - is a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform allowing 250+ large and 80k+ small businesses to send automated marketing communications on mobile and web. Our customers work across industries and across the globe, being primarily based in Europe, North America, Middle East, and South Africa.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us scale and improve our product as our company grows. You’ll collaborate with the team to create user-friendly designs that meet user needs. This role is essential for our growth and success.

What you will do:

• Design interfaces for the Customer Journey Builder, the Content Studio, and analytics tools (https://www.pushwoosh.com/products/customer-journey/);
• Analyze competitors to identify best practices and trends;
• Create user scenarios that outline key user journeys and interactions;
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma for corridor testing or idea demonstrations;
• Maintain the UI kit and develop the design system;
• Occasionally design landing pages or assist the marketing department;

What you need as must requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for web applications (E-commerce, MarTech, FinTech, and other SaaS products);
• Fluency in Figma;
• A portfolio with case studies;

What could be your great advantage:

• Experience in B2B products;
• Experience with analytics tools;
• Experience using WebFlow;
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and ReactJS;

• Understanding of the design process, with the ability to follow it and select appropriate methods at each stage;
• Habit of working iteratively, rather than jumping straight into creating layouts;
• Ability to think in scenarios, developing flows, states, and corner cases;
• Practice of validating your design solutions;
• High level of organization in design layouts (components, auto layouts, tokens and conditions in prototypes);
• Proficient written English;

What doesn’t fit:

• If your experience is limited to simple websites like landing pages, we focus on SaaS, which is more complex;
• If you've only worked on mobile apps, we need someone with solid web experience;
• If you’ve only done UI design while someone else handled UX;
• If your portfolio contains only pretty pictures without case studies;
