Your Impact:

• Cash Flow Management: Take charge of monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow and liquidity to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.

• Cost Control: Drive initiatives to optimize budgets by analyzing and controlling operational costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses effectively.

• Reporting & Insights: Develop comprehensive cost control reports and dashboards, providing clear insights to executive leadership on financial health and cost management.

• Treasury Operations: Oversee key treasury functions such as debt management, bank relations, and investment policies, ensuring alignment with the company's financial strategy.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning and identify cost efficiency opportunities, contributing to overall company performance.

• Risk Management: Provide valuable insights into financial risk management, identifying and mitigating potential exposure to safeguard the company’s assets.

About You:

• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in treasury management, cost control, or financial analysis, ideally within the tech or IT sector, and preferably with experience in leading IT companies or Big Four advisory firms.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with CFA or CPA qualifications being a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills: You are proficient in ERP systems (especially Business Central), Excel, and financial modeling tools to support your daily tasks and strategic decisions.

• Problem Solver: You are a data-driven professional with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and driving financial improvements.

• Collaborative & Insightful: A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, providing valuable financial insights to business units and leadership.

• Objective-Focused: You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving key objectives such as accurate forecasting, cost reduction, and streamlined reporting.
