Position Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring software engineering talent. Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment prior to presenting them to the hiring team.
