Central Asian University (CAU) is hiring a Head of Sales for our Admission Department. This full-time role is based on our modern campus, offering a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions, prepare communication scripts, and maintain FAQs;
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for applications and contracts;
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable training directions;
- Coordinate with marketing to attract clients and achieve sales goals;
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver results;
- Oversee sales processes and maintain CRM;
- Organize training sessions for the sales team;
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports;
- Engage customers through events and presentations;
- Analyze competitors’ customer relations and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role;
- Technical Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, CRM Bitrix24;
- Languages: Fluent in Russian and Uzbek, intermediate English preferred;
- Soft Skills: Multitasking, stress resistance, strong communication, leadership.
Desirable Skills:
- Sales techniques and negotiation skills;
- Experience in client meetings, sales team management, and sales strategy implementation;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proactive and high communication abilities.
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 to 18:00;
