The Onboarding and Adaptation Team team is in search of an experienced Onboarding Specialist in Tbilisi!
Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees, whether they are working in the office or remotely
- Support new colleagues at every stage of their adaptation, helping them to settle in and confidently take on their responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to employee integration, including meetings and introducing them to the company's culture
- Conduct group “welcome events” in both Russian and English
- Monitor the probation period, providing feedback and support as needed
- Distribute welcome-boxes and ensure their availability
- Participate in creating new and updating existing internal onboarding materials: guides, checklists, etc.
- Gather feedback from new employees and other stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding programs
- Contribute to the automation of HR processes to make onboarding more effective and modern
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role — you know how to turn adaptation into an engaging journey
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and work effectively in a multitasking environment
- Skill in setting priorities and following through on tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Strong communication skills and a readiness to actively interact with people
- Responsibility and a results-oriented mindset;
Initiative and a desire to continually improve processes - English proficiency of at least upper-intermediate
