Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to balance supply and demand dynamics and enhance the operational efficiency of our ride-hailing services.
  • Guide and inspire a team of analysts, promoting an environment of professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the effective prioritization and delivery of projects with high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and execute strategies for passenger acquisition. Analyze market trends, passenger preferences, and behavior patterns to formulate robust strategies that improve passenger acquisition, loyalty and retention.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to understand and forecast supply and demand dynamics. Implement strategic initiatives to ensure driver operational efficiency.
  • Create predictive models and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive decisions regarding driver management and marketing strategies.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that can be easily understood across various departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
  • Deep understanding of the ride-hailing market, including key factors influencing passenger behavior and the interplay between supply and demand.
  • Experience experience in implementing digital incremental tests.
  • Experience with attribution models.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with real-time data processing and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong capability in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective A/B tests and retention strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+), capable of presenting complex analytical data to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
