System Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of systems:
Installation and configuration of operating systems, server software and applications.
Configuration and management of virtual environments and cloud services.
- Network Management:
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Implementing and maintaining network security protocols.
- User Support:
Providing technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime through proactive maintenance.
Applying patches, updates and upgrades to systems and applications.
- Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of system configuration, processes and procedures.
Creating and updating user manuals and training materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Knowledge of security tools and methods (firewalls, antivirus, encryption, security software, etc.).
