Recruiter

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic fully distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle;
• Active search using job portals, Linkedin and other sources;
• Analyzing requirements, preparing candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and finding suitable candidates;
• Communicate effectively with candidates in both English and Russian;
• Conduct interviews;
• Interface with our clients and project managers to manage hiring pipeline;
• Check on requirements, coordinate interview times, and make job offers;
• Work with the internal CRM system;
• Weekly reports;

Requirements:

• English level: upper-intermediate (interviewing USA, Latin America, Europe, Great Britain etc);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
• Good team player;

Good to have:

• Experience in IT recruitment field;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Orientation in IT technologies and software development process;
