Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for young professionals who are just starting their careers in marketing but have already tried their hand at content marketing and feel passionate about it. Currently, we are looking for someone with a focus on markets in Central Asia, with the potential for career development into other markets such as MENA, Cyprus, and Azerbaijan. You will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that align with our company's objectives, contributing to our marketing efforts across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning: Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
• Full-Time Content Creation: Write and produce high-quality content related to advertising platforms and our own SaaS product, including blog posts, articles, and email communications, without relying on external authors. This role requires developing extensive technical expertise in these areas to effectively communicate complex concepts to our audience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools, gathering insights to optimize future content.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns to engage and inform our audience.
• Dashly Platform Utilization: Use Dashly to manage customer communications, live chats, and automated messaging.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Independent work with graphic tools like Figma is highly valued, and a desire to develop further in this area is supported. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive and effective content production.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in content creation.
• Language Skills: Native or bilingual in Russian and fluent English are required.
• Passion for Content: A genuine interest in working with texts and content creation.
• Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically and efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with graphic editors like Figma, etc; experience with Dashly is a plus.
• Content Planning Experience: Understanding of how to develop and implement a content plan.
• Location Requirement: Must be located outside of Russia.
