We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Next MBA team. This role involves connecting with potential clients from around the world who have expressed interest in our programs. The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to prospective clients who have submitted inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, answer questions, and guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing and converting leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
