Head of Reporting in Data Hub
We are looking for a Reporting Head in Strategy & Program Delivery department reporting to Senior Manager Data Hub.
Philip Morris Russia is building a set of data platforms for master data management, data warehousing, ensuring data quality, centralizing analytics, reporting and data science that enables modern business of the Company.
Reporting Manager establishes a common workflow for preparation and distribution of reports within an organization to support needed standards and unified data perception.
This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely reporting aligned with business objectives and common governance inputs by focus.

- Manage the team of data analysts, who will support with workflow set up and reports acceptance process.
- Establish business partnership culture in reporting stream for close collaboration with different business stakeholders to build solid understanding of their requirements in reporting and analytics.
- Defining and introducing single firm-wide data governance processes, standards within the scope of responsibility.
- Define and apply the methodology and principles of data analysis (reporting and self-service tools) in full alignment with IT and business functions.
- Help develop, implement, and continually improve policies, processes, and procedures for the reporting Governance.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of corporate governance documents and materials related to reports governance process.
- Prioritizing BI platform automation demand as a Product owner.
- Supporting data error identification and resolution processes for reports development.
- Develop controls to further enhance reports quality, set up report's acceptance process.
- Support 2 and 3-d lines of helpdesk for reporting data flow-oriented questions.
- High education in technology, mathematics or analysis preferably.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in working with business information, Metrics and KPI's through data systematization projects.
- People managers experience for 3+ years
- Client- and action-oriented with focus on goals.
- Experience in driving changes, establishing new processes for business transformation.
- Experience in solving business cases, business requirements and processes formalization.
- Technical acumen and troubleshooting abilities as a strong plus.
- English level – intermediate.
