Now we are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal Department.

Your main tasks will be:

• Legal support of European, US, and foreign companies
• Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.
• Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit
• TM Registration
• Opening accounts in a financial institution

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies
• Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU, etc.)
• Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects (a must)
• Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects (nice to have)
• Consumer and Data protection experience
• Fluent English and Russian.
