Market Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and assesses market situations and trends in CIS countries (macro-economical and political situation, market demand, competitors activities, market supply)
- Supports distributors with planning promotional activities for retail sales aimed at sales target achievement
- Calculates incentive budget required for sales target fulfillment and analyzes budget spending effectiveness
- Monitors key sales figures and makes retro analysis to evaluate the results and identify improvements
- Prepares and consolidates Business presentations for Management
- Ensures necessary education for distributors personnel, shares Russia`s best practices
- Participates in Cross-functional work (task force teams)
- Provides day-to-day supervision of Distributors activities and support Distributors personnel
- Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure that country sales targets are achieved
Requirements:
Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finanace or Economics
Experience in automotive industry: 3 years +
Strong analytical skills, good competence in Excel;
Well versed in preparing speeches and presentations in Power Point, able to express ideas clearly and logically;
English level: upper-intermediate;
