Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives, ensuring all processes are in line with headquarters' standards;
- Lead and manage the HR team, currently consisting of 1 specialist, with plans to expand the department to include a manager and 2 additional specialists;
- Oversee the execution of recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring across all levels of the organization;
- Ensure proper employee record management, including maintaining accurate cross-border personal data in compliance with company policies and local regulations;
- Manage job title and grade structure, ensuring consistency and clarity in job descriptions across the company;
- Provide regular HR analytics and salary benchmarking data to support strategic decision-making and ensure competitive compensation practices;
- Lead the implementation of the 1C Zup system, ensuring smooth integration and management of HR operations within the platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred;
- At least 8-9 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
- Proven experience in team management, recruitment, employee data management, and HR systems;
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements;
- Experience with HR software, particularly 1C Zup, or similar systems;
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
