Responsibilities: - Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market position;
- Manage the brand’s identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials;
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, including product launches, promotional activities, and events;
- Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and brand performance;
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product development) to ensure brand alignment and effective execution;
- Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives;
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and market insights;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to branding and marketing activities;
- Participate in business trips to oversee brand initiatives in different regions..
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in the tobacco, alcohol, or FMCG industries is required;
- Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of Uzbek is desirable;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams;
- Willingness to travel for business trips;
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to drive brand growth.
- Work schedule: 5/2, 8:00 to 17:00;
