Key Responsibilities: - Engagement with new customers to start business – flavours for FOOD Industry (Beverages, Bakery products, confectionery, dairy products and ice cream in the future);
- Customer Innovation days and workshops preparation: coordination of internal (Marketing and R&D) and external (with the customer) activities;
- Projects initiation with customers;
- Customer briefs management (leading projects and coordination of internal activities between R&D and marketing);
- Participating in internal degustation sessions and sensory evaluations of products;
- Price requests, submission to the customer and price negotiation;
- Pre-contract negotiations and concluding contracts;
- Forecasting.
- Strong sales competences (especially with new customers/business start-up);
- Good communication skills;
- Enthusiasm;
- Persistence;
- Self-motivated;
- Customer-friendly;
- Experience in sales of ingredients for Bakery, Confectionary, Dairy and Ice Cream end-use markets is highly desirable;
- The following Accounts experience is an advantage: primarily - Production of ingredients, secondarily - food additives;
- Fluent level of Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
- Official employment;
- Location: Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan;
- Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
