Key Responsibilities:
  • Engagement with new customers to start business – flavours for FOOD Industry (Beverages, Bakery products, confectionery, dairy products and ice cream in the future);
  • Customer Innovation days and workshops preparation: coordination of internal (Marketing and R&D) and external (with the customer) activities;
  • Projects initiation with customers;
  • Customer briefs management (leading projects and coordination of internal activities between R&D and marketing);
  • Participating in internal degustation sessions and sensory evaluations of products;
  • Price requests, submission to the customer and price negotiation;
  • Pre-contract negotiations and concluding contracts;
  • Forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales competences (especially with new customers/business start-up);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm;
  • Persistence;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Customer-friendly;
  • Experience in sales of ingredients for Bakery, Confectionary, Dairy and Ice Cream end-use markets is highly desirable;
  • The following Accounts experience is an advantage: primarily - Production of ingredients, secondarily - food additives;
  • Fluent level of Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
