Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an experienced Design Leader to our Web Design team to champion the creative vision and strategic direction of digital presence. You will lead a talented team of designers, creating data-driven, user-centered web experiences that elevate our brand and drive growth.

If you’re passionate about creating impactful digital experiences, driven by user-focused design and data, and have a creative eye for both the big picture and the details, this role is for you.

You will lead a team of talented designers to take our digital web presence to the next level by:

- Creative Leadership

Inspire and mentor a team of web designers, set goals and establish a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional work.

- Design Strategy

Define and execute a visionary web design strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand identity. Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tech to bring innovation to our digital platforms.

- User-Centric Design

Leverage analytics and user insights to create designs that enhance user engagement and optimize conversions. Test hypotheses using tools like Google Analytics and incorporate data into design decisions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, brand, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design into broader initiatives. Act as the key point of contact between design and other stakeholders.

- Quality and Consistency

Establish and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across all web platforms. Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold quality.

- Communication

Clearly articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders, bridging the gap between creative and business priorities. Foster open dialogue to build consensus and refine ideas.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, UX/UI design, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in web or product design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and user-focused designs.
• 2+ years of experience leading design teams, with proven management and mentorship skills.
• Proficiency in using analytics to inform design strategies and decisions.
• Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Passion for staying updated on design trends and UX principles.
• English language at least level С1.
