We create games in popular genres such as match-3, hidden object games, and mahjong solitaire. Our portfolio includes over 20 world-class projects, including Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels series, and others.
We are currently looking for an experienced Organic Acquisition Team Lead to join our team. If you're passionate about taking on hard-to-solve challenges and making improvements wherever possible, we’d love for you to bring your energy, ideas, and commitment to our team!
What you will work on:
- Lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets by driving Organic UA installs and maximizing conversion rates across all organic acquisition channels. Embrace the challenge of continuously pushing performance boundaries.
- Take ownership of planning, overseeing, and optimizing store assets (text and visuals) to adhere to store guidelines and deliver top-tier results.
- Champion the development of bold hypotheses, testing strategies, and competitor analysis that challenge the status quo and fuel constant improvement.
- Drive a culture of excellence, fostering team innovation, creativity, and resilience in the face of obstacles. Lead streamlined reporting, training, and process enhancement efforts with an eye for impactful change.
- Manage budgets for testing, enhance automation tools, and promote cross-functional collaboration to unlock hidden growth potential and propel projects forward.
It’s important to us:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience leading teams of at least three people. A proven track record in hiring and developing high-performing teams is a plus.
- At least 3 years’ experience in ASO, with added SEO knowledge being advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Proficient in A/B testing, data analysis, and applicable statistical methods, with a curiosity for uncovering insights that drive meaningful change.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to tackling complex problems.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level required, Advanced proficiency a strong plus).
