Requirements:
- Age 28 and older;
- Experience in 12 districts of Tashkent;
- 3 years of experience as a supervisor in this area;
- Experience in setting up and monitoring KPI;
- Ability to work with Excel and other spreadsheets;
- Confident use of Smart up or Sales doctor programs;
- Experience in Retail, HoReCa and O'zdu;
- Residence in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the work of a team of sales agents;
- Developing sales plans, monitoring KPIs and analyzing results;
- Training, motivating and developing sales representatives;
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales in a specific area;
- Regularly providing reports on the results of the team's work;
- Assessing the work of employees and conducting on-site inspections to improve work in the areas.

Working hours:
- 09:00-18:00, 6/1.

Talabalar:
- Yoshi 28 dan kattaroq bo'lishi;
- Toshkent shahridagi 12 tumanda ham faoliyat olib borgan bo'lishi;
- Soha bo'yicha aynan Supervizorlik darajasida 3 yillik tajriba;
- KPI qoyish va uni nazorat qilish bo'yicha tajribaga ega bo'lish;
- Excel va shunga o'xshash elektron darsturlardan foydalana olish;
- Smart up yoki Sales doctor dasturlaridan erkin foydalana olish;
- Retail, Xorika va O'zdu yo'nalishlarda ishlagan bo'lishi;
- Toshkent shahrida yashashi.

Qulayliklar:
- Raqobatdosh oylik maosh;
- Soha bo'yicha o'sish imkoniyati;
- Ahil jamoa.

Vazifalar:
- Savdo agentlari jamoasining ishini boshqarish va muvofiqlashtirish;
- Savdo rejalari tuzish, KPI larni nazorat qilish va natijalarni tahlil qilish;
- Savdo vakillarini o'qitish, motivatsiya berish va rivojlantirish;
- Belgilangan hududda savdoni oshirish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish va amalga oshirish;
- Jamoa ishining natijalari bo'yicha muntazam hisobot berish;
- Xodimlarning ishini baholash va hududlarni yaxshilash uchun maydon vizitlarini o'tkazish.
