Senior Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead the development of ML-driven Disease Prediction Models and Medical Risk Scoring systems. This role requires strong machine learning and big data knowledge, expertise in business/system analysis, and proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting. Responsibilities:

- Create AI and analytical healthcare products that will assist physicians in improving patient care.

- Collaborate with Medical Team, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Researchers, Data Analysts, BI Team, QA, UX, and Business Teams to translate user needs into detailed product specifications.

- Prioritize development efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Track and report KPIs to measure the success of models and product features.

- Manage high-load systems with large datasets, ensuring scalability and performance.

Experience Required:

- 5+ years experience in managing AI/ML or Big Data team with AI.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML (practical technical experience).

- Hands-on experience with SQL, REST API.

- Cross-team management experience, management of end-to-end product delivery process to customers, Experience managing products through the entire lifecycle, from strategy to launch and optimization.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- English language proficiency.

- Communication and presentation skills and experience. Visualization of results, analytics, graphs to senior management. Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience Appreciated:

- Healthcare data and products experience.

- Product metrics automation and visualization.

- Hands-on A/B testing experience.

- Experience in Big Data and NRT/RT output.
