CRM Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with operations, solution delivery, product management, quality assurance and other teams to develop and improve internal products and customer solutions in different areas
• Participating in the analysis and design stage on product and implementation projects;
• Collecting and analyzing requirements and use cases for software solutions;
• Improvement and support of the existing solution from the requirement management; perspective;
• Supporting of operation and implementation teams with expertise in OOB product capabilities;
• Organize knowledge transfer between project, product and support teams;
• Conducting market and technology researches.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in software development/delivery projects;
• Understanding of CRM systems;
• Experience in collecting and processing requirements and use cases;
• Experience in communicating with customers/contractors;
• Understanding of IT standards and technologies (ITIL, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, OOP);
• Work experience in a telco-related company is desirable;
• Good analytical skills;
• Solid communication skills;
• Good technical English verbal/writing skills;
