Инжиниринговая компания ТОО "Simax Solution" занимающаяся, поставками оборудования и материалов для промышленных предприятий в нефтегазовой, химической, металлургической и горнорудной отрасли.

В связи с расширением требуется активный Менеджер по продажам оборудования и материалов.

Position Overview:

As the Industrial VSales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan market. You will work closely with your client base while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of industrial valves and the ability to effectively communicate company value proposition to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and

maximize profitability.

⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting,

networking, and lead generation.

⦁ Build a strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and

retention.

⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support of

products and services.

⦁ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market

developments.

⦁ Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.

Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, or

Science related field (Fuild control or Machinery preferred).

⦁ 3+ years of experience in industrial valve sales, pumps, filters and water treatment or

a related field.

⦁ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

⦁ Strong technical understanding of industrial valves and their applications.

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced

environment.

⦁ Willingness to travel as needed.

⦁ Good English skill is preferred.
