Senior Engineer- Go

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend solutions for high-speed trading platforms using Go, ensuring maintainable and scalable code.

• Shape system architecture, contribute to engineering strategies, and drive continuous improvements.

• Optimize performance for high-speed, low-latency systems under significant loads.

• Collaborate with product teams and architects to deliver customized, scalable backend solutions.

• Implement best practices in development and testing, integrating automation and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead initiatives aimed at continuous enhancement.

• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Strong expertise in Go programming, concurrency patterns, and low-latency environments. Practical experience with Docker, container orchestration, and cloud computing (AWS).

• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of development principles, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5.

• Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
